The judges awarded a Special Mention for NJS Scary a chilling film homage to Halloween.
My huge thank you to Rachel at Raspberry_Pi for the very kind donation of @Raspberry_Pi (we have lots of photos to post). Another huge thank you to Annalees  @makeandcreate who designed our fabulous T-Shirts.

ITS HERE!! “Talent Slam!” (see “Celebrity Death Match” for correct voice) is similar to a “Poetry Slam” without the Poetry but with all of the attitude! Invited students will bring their digital work/product/artifact, spend the morning adding finishing touches and pitch to the judges during the afternoon. #BDF14 visitors will be able to talk with students about their creative processes and potentially try their hand at creating a digital product under student guidance.

  • Best Pitch – Judged by James Thompson YRSBrighton Mentor
  • Best User Experience (UX) – Judged by Emma Smith Co-Founder Hatch
  • Creativity – Judged by Jon Pratty Arts Council South East
  • Deep & Meaningful use of Code – Pete Goodman Web developer
  • Best OMG moment – Sarah Pickthall

Each of the invited participants will receive a RaspberryPi kindly donated by RaspberryPi Foundation & Rachel Rayns plus a fabulous Talent Slam T-Shirt.
